According to Permenkes No. 62 of 2017 concerning Marketing Authorization of Medical Devices, IVD Medical Devices, and Household Health Goods, it is important to clarify that products which assist the function of detergents or cleaning agents and do not contain surfactants as active ingredients are excluded from the category of Household Health Goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with this regulation, the Directorate of Medical Devices and Household Health Goods has confirmed that, effective February 1, 2021, products that enhance the function of detergents or cleaning agents and lack surfactants will no longer be registered as Household Health Goods when applying for the relevant license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, any similar products that currently hold a Household Health Goods license will have their licenses frozen or revoked.
