THAILAND'S NEW REGISTRATION PROCESS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR SUPPLEMENTS
The Thailands' Food and Drug Administration on Medical Devices has issued a statement explaining the updated registration criteria and processes for supplements, which was published on August 1, 2022. There are numerous steps that must be taken, such screening to make sure the document is thorough and compliant with requirements. Thai FDA authorities will reject applications if the necessary paperwork is not provided. If all necessary papers are submitted, the application will go on to the document review step. The Thai FDA will provide one-time compliance to change the document within 15 (fifteen) calendar days if it is determined to be suitable. The application will be turned down if the paperwork is not changed.
