On March 9, 2024, the Government Goods/Services Procurement Policy Agency (LKPP) officially issued Circular Letter No. 6948/D.2.3/03/2024 regarding the notification of the use of INAPROC for electronic catalog providers.
INAPROC is a centralized platform for the Electronic Procurement System (SPSE) and Its aim is to achieve efficiency, effectiveness, transparency, accountability, information security, and ease in the procurement process of goods and services. This is in line with the mandate of Presidential Regulation No. 17 of 2023 to accelerate digital transformation in the government procurement of goods and services.
In the circular letter, LKPP urged all electronic catalog service providers to create an INAPROC account to participate in further socialization regarding its use and implementation.
Based on our observation, the current version being used is INAPROC or Electronic Catalog Version 6, which is an updated version of Electronic Catalog Version 5. The implementation of INAPROC is scheduled for 2025, and electronic catalog providers can still use version 5 for submitting new products or amendments until the end of 2024.
