On November 2, 2022, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Philippines issued an announcement through the Center for Cosmetics and Household Urban/Hazardous Substances Regulation and Research (CCHUHSR). The FDA is seeking to collect data to assist in the system design for the proposed FDA Circular, tentatively titled "Guidelines for the Implementation of the Regulations (AO) of the Ministry of Health (DOH) No. 2019-0010 concerning the Issuance of Permits for Domestic/Urban Pest Control Operators."
The results collected from this survey will be used solely to check and enforce the issuance of permits. Participants are required to complete the survey before November 7, 2022. The FDA is committed to upholding the confidentiality of respondents' personal information in accordance with the Data Security Act.
For any queries or concerns, CCHUHSR can be reached by phone at (02) 8857-1900, extension 8107, or by email at cchuhsrr-policy@fda.gov.ph.
